Licensed in NY

Morgan Eugenio (LCSW) holds a master’s degree in clinical social work from Columbia University as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology and leadership from the University of Richmond. While at Columbia, Morgan interned at New York Presbyterian’s adult partial hospitalization program. Since graduating in 2019, she has worked in private practices in New York City.

Morgan’s approach to therapy integrates theory and skills from advanced training in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Morgan completed her DBT-Intensive training under Charlie Swenson. More specifically, Morgan has extensive experience using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD, STAIR-NST, PE, and CPT to treat trauma, CBT-E to treat eating disorders, and Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment (ComB) for body-focused repetitive behaviors such as hair pulling and skin picking.

Morgan is passionate about helping individuals better understand what keeps them stuck. She supports her clients in making value-based changes to live a more connected, flexible, and meaningful life. She approaches her work through the lens of mindfulness and compassion.

Morgan has spent time on both coasts. After undergrad, she lived in San Francisco where she spent most of her time outside, hiking, skiing, and climbing mountains. In New York City you can find her reading, running, spending time with friends, or trying new restaurants.
