Amelia Stein (She/Her)
Client Services Coordinator
Amelia graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Psychology. While there, she worked as a founding research assistant in the Moral Psychology Lab (WyLab), which studies how morality, norms, and rules shape social cognition, including how people judge rule-breakers and form moral concepts.
Her background includes hands-on fieldwork at TST BOCES, supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral regulation challenges, as well as facilitating group programming for young people in substance abuse recovery through the Humanity Preservation Foundation’s Recovery Your Way program. She’s also involved with Hopelessly Yellow, a digital platform promoting mental wellness and positivity through writing, design, and media.
Amelia is joining the BPS team as a Client Services Coordinator, working out of the NYC office and helping keep things running smoothly day to day. She’ll be answering phones, supporting new and existing clients, and helping out the team wherever needed.
Outside of work, Amelia loves going on long walks, exploring new restaurants around the city, or spending time with dogs, whether her own or someone else’s!
