The L.I.V.E. Program is an 8-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed to provide adults and adolescents a comprehensive and immersive DBT experience. This structured program bridges the gap between traditional outpatient therapy and higher levels of care, offering a more intensive, skills-based approach to treatment.
The L.I.V.E. Program is for adults (18+) and adolescents (13-17). It focuses on equipping clients with the tools they need to manage life’s challenges effectively. The program is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a proven, evidence-based approach to addressing emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and behavioral concerns.
Participants benefit from the expertise of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians who work collaboratively to guarantee personalized and effective care. Adults engage in skills training groups and individual therapy sessions tailored to their unique needs, while adolescents participate in a highly supportive environment that emphasizes family involvement and shared learning.
The L.I.V.E. Program is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward building a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Adults (18+): Sessions are held 3x per week, each lasting 2 hours, with additional weekly individual therapy.
