Hailey is a Linehan Board-Certified Clinician (DBT-LBC) and Social Worker with a wealth of experience supporting individuals and families through a diverse spectrum of mental health challenges. Her area of expertise includes the specialized treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and issues related to emotion dysregulation.

Hailey completed her master’s degree in social work (MSW) at the University of Windsor and received an Honours BA in Psychology from York University. Hailey interned at the Trillium Health Care Hospital in Ontario, with a dedicated emphasis on CBT and the practice of mindfulness in outpatient settings. Additionally, she completed an MSW placement at a community addictions agency, honing her skillset working with those impacted by substance use and their loved ones.

Her career as a social worker began as a crisis support worker on a mobile crisis team, where she encountered a diverse range of individuals in need. It was during these experiences that she discovered the universal applicability of the DBT skills, igniting her interest in this therapeutic modality. From there, Hailey has supported folks in a variety of therapeutic settings, including outpatient hospitals, hospital emergency departments, and community mental health agencies. Hailey has traditionally worked clients of diverse backgrounds, including the LGBT+ community and those identifying as BIPOC; she is committed to operating under an anti-oppressive, anti-racist and strengths-based framework.

Hailey’s unwavering commitment to her clients’ well-being, combined with her extensive training and diverse experience, makes her a trusted support for those seeking compassionate and effective mental health care. In addition to her endeavors in therapy, Hailey enjoys teaching and mentoring others in the field, and regularly offers psychoeducational trainings and consultation to fellow clinicians and students.

When not doing therapy-related things, Hailey enjoys playing video games, practicing yoga, and doing anything outside. Hailing from Toronto, Hailey is looking forward to relocating out West and trading in her skis for a surfboard.
