Behavioral Psych Studio is excited to announce that we are looking to hire a full-time, senior, staff DBT therapist to join our growing team!
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of postdoctoral experience, extensive training in DBT and CBT, and a valid New York State License. Additional experience with trauma, PTSD, and/or Parent Behavioral Therapy is preferred but not required.
About the Position: The clinician will be responsible for a caseload of 20-24 adult and adolescent clients and potentially lead one DBT skills group. The clinician will also be asked to provide supervision for post-doctoral fellows and clinicians working towards licensure. Participation in a weekly administrative, DBT consultation team meeting and a weekly CBT supervision and didactics series is also required. Opportunities for program development, research and more administrative responsibilities are available as well. Compensation is commensurate with experience, and we pride ourselves on generous pay structures that allow for substantial growth over time. Benefits are offered as well.
