Dr. Chloe Ifrah, (she/her), Post-doctoral Fellow
Dr. Chloe Ifrah is a post-doctoral fellow at BPS. She earned her Ph.D. from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology and her B.A. in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at NYC Health + Hospital’s, Kings County Hospital.
During her graduate training, Dr. Ifrah has worked with adults in a variety of outpatient settings including the Brooklyn College Counseling Center, Yeshiva University’s Parnes Clinic, and New York CBT. She has worked in inpatient settings at both New York Presbyterian and Gracie Square Hospital, receiving advanced training in CBT for Psychosis. She has authored multiple journal articles spanning multiple topics from concussions to schizophrenia. She is experienced in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT (for multiple disorders) and DBT in both outpatient and inpatient settings with adults. She completed Behavioral Tech’s DBT training with Adam C. Payne, Ph.D., and Donna Pattie, LICSW.
Dr. Ifrah is passionate about helping people enhance the quality of their lives. Her first priority is establishing a meaningful and collaborative relationship with her clients in order to foster their innate strengths and identify areas for growth. She approaches each of her clients’ unique circumstances with compassion, care, and an open mind.
Dr. Ifrah is a true New Yorker without a driver’s license. Outside of work you can find her going for long walks in the city with her golden doodle Lilli, spending time with her family and reading.
